AS Workshop – Refund & Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective.
To return an item, contact us with your order number. If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover return shipping. For other reasons, the customer pays return shipping.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are available for defective items
only.
